How and when do I get my checks?
Karen typically pays owners sometime between the 10-15th of the month. Owners with larger multifamily portfolios get paid on the first of the month. We only issue one check a month. -
How is rent collection handled?
We offer multiple convenient methods for rent collection, including online payments, direct deposits, and traditional mail. Additionally, we provide tenants with reminders and support to help them stay on track with their payments. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can typically begin managing your property within a few days after signing the management agreement and completing an initial property inspection. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and address any immediate needs to start providing our services as quickly as possible. -
